Todd Blanchard

Todd is the president of Fairway Financial Services, Inc.  He began working with mortgages in 1993.  He worked as both a mortgage broker and a mortgage banker up until the time he founded Fairway Financial in 1998.  After seeing how customers were treated by the bank and unethical brokers, he opened Fairway Financial to make sure that all clients would be treated in a fair way.

He is a self-proclaimed numbers nerd who loves to take the time to go over options with his borrowers to find the loan is the right one for their situation.  Not everyone fits in the same box and the years of experience and training assure that his borrowers get the right loan, right now.  He enjoys educating first time homebuyers and because of his experience with his first home purchase over 30 years ago he is very in tune with how the wrong choice can cost a borrower literally tens of thousands of dollars.

Outside of work, Todd loves the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and relaxing on the water.  He enjoys golf and especially golfing with many of his clients at the annual Fairway Financial Swing Into Spring golf tournament. If you talk to him too long, he’s likely to show you pictures of his precious grandbabies.  He is committed to helping local non-profits, especially schools and veteran’s groups.
